Color Palette Creation Actionsby ~trd-productions

Resources & Stock Images / Application Resources / Photoshop Actions

A set of 7 actions used to create custom color palettes.

they will extract 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 & 256 colors from any image in Photoshop. They also will add a Black swatch and a White swatch. I added that last feature because on the lower color counts it will not always give you a black & white. So some palettes may have 2 black & white swatches.

So in all actuality they will produce a 6, 10, 18, 34, 66, 130 or a 258 swatch palette.

I use these all the time and hope you find it useful also!

These actions were produced in Photoshop CS2 and are free for anyone to use!
